This journal is very well put together, organized, and professional.
When youâre trying to taper, or quit, 7/mgm/any addictive substance having a place to write down and track your dosing is very important. Except this journal does more than that, giving you reflective questions to help keep you grounded to your goal(s), your reason(s) for tapering/quitting.
The inspirational quotes are a nice little âpick me upâ for when youâre feeling down on yourself, because who really is âhappy go luckyâ when youâre reducing your 7/mgm intake?
The shadow work questions are awesome. Giving your brain something to think about for the day, keeping your mind busy while your body is out of whack is one of the key factors to a successful taper or quit.
I would *highly* recommend someone who is tapering or quitting to use this, instead of a sheet of paper with your dose and times. Just gives you more reasons to remind yourself why youâre going through the âjourney to the other sideâ.
I know Iâll continue to use this, but Iâm also recommending it to anyone and everyone whoâs trying to taper/quit.
Seruously, Anti-Mu, this journal is very well executed.
Thank you!
