This journal is very well put together, organized, and professional.

When you’re trying to taper, or quit, 7/mgm/any addictive substance having a place to write down and track your dosing is very important. Except this journal does more than that, giving you reflective questions to help keep you grounded to your goal(s), your reason(s) for tapering/quitting.

The inspirational quotes are a nice little “pick me up” for when you’re feeling down on yourself, because who really is “happy go lucky” when you’re reducing your 7/mgm intake?

The shadow work questions are awesome. Giving your brain something to think about for the day, keeping your mind busy while your body is out of whack is one of the key factors to a successful taper or quit.

I would *highly* recommend someone who is tapering or quitting to use this, instead of a sheet of paper with your dose and times. Just gives you more reasons to remind yourself why you’re going through the “journey to the other side”.

I know I’ll continue to use this, but I’m also recommending it to anyone and everyone who’s trying to taper/quit.

Seruously, Anti-Mu, this journal is very well executed.
